Works with the accounts you already have

KijaniHub sends from your own Gmail and WhatsApp, finds businesses on Google Maps, and publishes to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Telegram. Here is what each connection does.

Gmail

What it does
Sends your outreach, follow-ups and campaigns from your own address, and reads replies so they appear in your KijaniHub inbox.
What you connect
Your Gmail address and an app password (or Google sign-in) set in Settings.
Good to know
Daily sending limits and a gradual warm-up protect your account’s reputation.
Sales outreach →

WhatsApp

What it does
Sends personal messages and broadcasts from your own number, answers questions from your knowledge base and follows up.
What you connect
Scan a QR code once to link your number, the same way you link WhatsApp on a computer.
Good to know
Only answers people you contacted first or who messaged your business; STOP is honoured on every channel.
WhatsApp automation →

Google Maps

What it does
The main source of leads: KijaniHub searches public business listings for the kind of business and area you describe.
What you connect
Nothing to connect — it uses public listings.
Good to know
A business with no listing and no website can’t be found.
Lead generation →

Facebook

What it does
Publishes posts and videos to the Pages you choose, and answers comments and Messenger messages from your knowledge base.
What you connect
Sign in with Facebook and pick the Pages KijaniHub may manage.
Good to know
Agencies can connect several client Pages and send each client a monthly report.
Social media automation →

Instagram

What it does
Publishes posts and Reels to your business account and answers comments and direct messages.
What you connect
An Instagram business or creator account linked to a Facebook Page.
Good to know
Replies use only what your knowledge base supports; anything else is drafted for you.
Social media automation →

TikTok

What it does
Publishes the short videos KijaniHub Studio makes for you.
What you connect
Sign in with TikTok.
Good to know
TikTok decides when new apps may post publicly; until then a post may be kept private, and KijaniHub tells you.
Social media automation →

YouTube

What it does
Uploads your videos as Shorts or regular videos.
What you connect
Sign in with Google and choose the channel.
Good to know
Like TikTok, YouTube may keep uploads from new apps private until the app is verified.
Social media automation →

Telegram

What it does
Posts updates and videos to your Telegram channel.
What you connect
Create a bot with Telegram’s BotFather, make it an admin of your channel, then paste the bot token and channel name.
Good to know
Useful for customers who follow announcements on Telegram.
