1.In short

Kijani itself does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and does not use third-party trackers. It uses browser storage that is needed for the app to work.

2.What we store in your browser

  • Sign-in (essential): your session, so you stay signed in. Removed when you sign out.
  • Preferences: light or dark theme, and the language you chose.
  • App working data: your assistant chats, background jobs you started, and messages waiting to send while you are offline.
  • Admin sessions (essential, platform staff only): kept only for the browser tab.

This is stored using your browser’s local and session storage rather than cookies, and is not shared with third parties. The app can also be installed and cached for offline use.

3.Cookies set by others

Our network provider may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site from attacks. [CONFIRM NETWORK PROVIDER COOKIES]. When you connect Google, Meta, TikTok or YouTube, you sign in on their own pages, which use their own cookies under their policies.

4.Your choices

You can clear site data in your browser settings at any time; you will be signed out. If we ever add analytics or marketing cookies, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.
