1.Why this policy exists

Kijani can contact many people on your behalf. Used carelessly, that harms the people contacted, the reputation of your accounts, and every other Kijani customer. This policy applies to everything you do with the Service, including what your AI agents do under your instructions.

2.Prohibited uses

  • Spam: abusive, indiscriminate or misleading bulk messaging, or messaging people who asked you to stop.
  • Phishing: trying to obtain passwords, payment details or other sensitive information by deception.
  • Fraud: scams, fake offers, fake invoices, or misrepresenting prices, products or terms.
  • Malware: sending or linking to harmful software.
  • Harassment: threatening, intimidating or repeatedly contacting people who don’t want contact.
  • Hate or abusive campaigns targeting people for who they are.
  • Impersonation: pretending to be another person, business or organisation.
  • Illegal activities, or promoting illegal goods or services.
  • Unauthorised data collection: using the Service to collect personal information without a lawful basis, or to build lists for resale.
  • Credential abuse: sharing accounts, using stolen credentials, or connecting accounts you are not allowed to use.
  • Platform abuse: attacking, overloading, reverse engineering or getting around the limits of the Service.
  • Circumventing provider restrictions: working around the rules or limits of email, WhatsApp or social networks.
  • Deceptive AI behaviour: using AI to deceive people in a harmful way, for example making false claims about yourself or others.

3.What we may do

If we believe this policy has been broken, we may — depending on the seriousness — warn you, pause sending, pause or stop agents, plans or campaigns, restrict the workspace, or close it. [ENFORCEMENT AND APPEAL PROCESS TO BE CONFIRMED].
