1.The principle

Kijani provides automation technology. You remain responsible for how you use that technology and for every message sent from your accounts.

2.Channels covered

  • Email sent from your connected Gmail account.
  • WhatsApp messages sent from the number you link. Kijani links your number as a WhatsApp Web device. WhatsApp sets its own rules for automated and bulk messages and may restrict numbers that break them.
  • Replies and messages on Facebook and Instagram pages you connect.
  • Any other channel the Service supports in the future.

3.You must

  • Follow the laws that apply to you and to the people you contact, including any consent and opt-out requirements. [APPLICABLE LAWS NOT LISTED — CONFIRM WITH A LAWYER FOR YOUR MARKETS].
  • Follow the policies of each provider (Google, WhatsApp, Meta and others).
  • Identify yourself or your business honestly, and keep messages relevant to the recipient.
  • Stop contacting anyone who asks you to stop.

You must not send spam, phishing, fraudulent or deceptive messages, harassing messages, or illegal promotions.

4.What Kijani does to help

  • Replies such as “STOP” or “unsubscribe” and bounced emails stop further messages to that contact automatically.
  • New sending accounts start with a low daily limit that rises gradually.
  • Automatic replies go only to people you contacted first, never to friends or family who message your number.
  • You can set your own daily limits and sending hours, and pause everything at once.

These features help, but they do not make your messaging lawful on their own.
